A damascus art knife produced by traditional methods of metalwork and decoration: forging, engraving, notching, woodcarving, gilding, silver plating.
Blade forged of patterned Damascus steel. Both sides carved doubled cannelures that follow the grind line, going from the choil to the drop point ending. Six wavy grooves are notched on top.
The handle is made of assembled metal and ebony wooden parts. One quillion bolster and pommel in silver. Additional decoration of engraved and gilded flower ornaments. Similarly adorned rounded tip with embossed flowers in gold. Four fingers wooden grip with a groove for the index finger. Fine flower carvings on both sides.
Handmade wooden luxury box and two pairs of demonstrative gloves in the set.
