Alexander Ivanovich Cheburkov is a Russian knifemaker and the founder of Cheburkov Workshop in Pavlovo, Nizhny Novgorod Region, a traditional center of Russian metalworking and cutlery production. The workshop produces folding, hunting, outdoor, kitchen, limited-edition, and custom knives, combining modern machining with skilled hand assembly and finishing.
Cheburkov’s work is characterized by clean lines, balanced proportions, practical blade geometry, reliable construction, and restrained finishing. His folding knives typically combine modern blade steels, precisely machined handles, carefully fitted mechanisms, and detailed final assembly. Cheburkov Workshop first presented its knife collection at the Moscow Klinok exhibition in 2003, when the workshop consisted of only two people.
