Collectible blade produced by traditional methods of metalwork and decoration: forging, etching, polishing, engraving, nickel plating, gold plating, blackening.
Blade of 440C steel. Additional decoration with engraved and then gilded ornaments on a one side of the blade.
Handle. Karelian birch grip. Brass made and then gilded guard and pommel with decorative ball ending. Adorned with ancient Greek ornament.
The scabbard is all-metal forged, made of brass, with decorative locket and suspension ring.
Depiction on one side of Hera – the queen of the ancient Greek gods, and goddess of marriage, women, childbirth, heirs, kings and empires. The lotus flower – one of the symbols of the goddess, is depicted in different variations on both sides of the locket and on the scabbard. Additional decorative ornamental engraving.
