Custom Katana is produced by traditional methods of metalwork and decoration: forging, gold plating, inlay, nickel plating, notching, leather processing, engraving, etching, and wooden work.
Blade of atmosphere-resistant Damascus steel. Shaped in the traditional Japanese style of metal forging and pattern decoration.
The Handle is made of wood, wrapped with skatefish leather, swan figure embedded, and gilded rope. The guard is the traditional Japanese sword tsuba – a detachable quatrefoil-shaped element, depicted with decoration technique – a frame divided picture of the earth, wind, water, and flying gooses, covered with color enamel on the inner side and the same picture applied by engraving, gilding, blackening and drawing on the outside. Engraved and gilded pommel with inlaid gems and gilded hangers.
The scabbard is made of wood, wrapped with skatefish leather, with two ornamental engraved and inlaid lockets and two decorative hangers. Artistically adorned decorative band and drag, with inlaid gems.
