Overall Length: 376 mm (14 13/16″)
Blade Length: 255 mm (10 1/16″)
Blade Width: 32 mm (1 1/4″)
Thickness: 5 mm (3/16″)
Hardness: 59–60 HRC
Condition: Unsharpened dagger blade blank
This mosaic Damascus dagger blade is all about symmetry, precision, and visual impact. A single-copy piece, forged by hand using the old-school method of billet stacking and hot pattern welding — no shortcuts, no stock removal from patterned sheets.
The blade is long and narrow with a reinforced midline — ideal for dagger-style builds. The pattern ripples outward in mirrored bursts, like scales or feathers, depending on the angle. Made from European 100Cr6, high-carbon tool steel, and nickel, it’s been heat-treated to 59–60 HRC and left unsharpened for final fitment.
Material Composition
100Cr6 bearing steel – tough, reliable, fine-grained
Carbon steel (0.7–0.82% C) – excellent for edge retention
Nickel – provides crisp visual contrast in the Damascus
Care Instructions
Like all high-carbon Damascus, this blade deserves care. Wipe with gun oil or Renaissance Wax after handling to preserve the etch and protect from oxidation.
Note: No edge, no handle. This is a dagger blade blank, meant for knifemakers, collectors, or advanced DIY craftsmen.
