Blade of stainless steel 440C. One side situated gilded frame with inscription inside “Duty and Honor” written in Bulgarian.
Handle made of metal and wooden parts. Brass made and gilded guard and pommel. Block shaped guard with two lion headed quillons endings. Shield shaped armorial with golden lion inside. Fine engraved globe crown for the pommel. Golden cross ending. Light wooden grip, wrapped with golden wires.
The scabbard is nickel made. Three golden decorative elements. Two wreath resembling round bands with attached golden hanger rings. Decorative chape with wreath engravings and ball ending on the tip.
