The handle is entirely metal made, divided on three impressive parts. A complex cross guard with two backward curved quillons with casted and gilded head of Neptune on each one. Interwoven ropes and waves ornaments and malachite inlaid in the middle. A grip, rich adorned with fine engraved, gilded and blackened ornaments. An anchor depicted on each side, placed close to the guard. Decorative gilded wreath with inlaid in the center malachite on both sides. A ring of small gems spread on the round pommel.
The scabbard is metal forged and rich adorned. Basic layer decorated with engraved leaf, wreath and ropes ornaments. Decorative mouthpiece, ring and chape. One-side depictions of fish on the mouthpiece and on the chape. Leaves, wreaths and ropes engraved on the opposite side. Decorative ring in the middle of the scabbard with malachite inlaid on one side. Two decorative hangers fastened on the mouthpiece and on the ring.
