LESBAR’s Gator is a lean, high-end custom folder built for people who notice the small stuff. The blade is RWL34 stainless with a hand-rubbed satin finish and a long, clean slot that keeps the profile fast and modern. At 0.12″ (3 mm) thick and hardened to 62 HRC, it’s ground to cut with authority while still feeling stiff and controlled.
The frame is Grade 5 titanium with triple anodizing—hard grey, magenta, and gold—so the color work reads like a layered finish, not a loud paint job. LESBAR also keeps the “details” truly in-house: custom screws, a refined pivot, and ceramic ball bearings for a smooth, light action. Even the pivot and bearing cages are made in the shop from a proprietary four-component bronze formula (LESBAR’s secret). The result is a knife that snaps open cleanly, settles with confidence, and feels ridiculously good in hand for its size.
Compact on paper, lively in use: 8.27″ (210 mm) open length, 3.54″ (90 mm) blade, and just 2.8 oz (≈79 g). It’s the kind of folder you carry easily—and still catch yourself staring at when it’s on the desk.
