The flat-ground blade is hardened to 62–63 HRC with deep cryogenic treatment and finished in stonewash, while fine linear milling across the titanium handle gives this version a restrained, technical appearance.
Herman’s upgraded action uses custom caged bearings with 16 ceramic balls running on M390 steel washers manually lapped to 4000 grit. A ceramic detent, tungsten carbide lock insert and stop pin, polished 440C pivot and screws, titanium pocket clip, and titanium backspacer complete the build.
The set includes the original Herman box, microfiber cloth, Protector Glide oil, and dedicated titanium screwdriver.
