The flat-ground blade is heat treated to 62–63 HRC with deep cryogenic treatment and finished in stonewash, while the flowing Nebula Ripple pattern extends across the handle and titanium pocket clip.
Herman’s upgraded action uses custom caged bearings with 16 ceramic balls running on M390 steel washers manually lapped to 4000 grit. A ceramic detent, tungsten carbide lock insert and stop pin, polished 440C pivot and screws, and titanium backspacer complete the construction.
The set includes the original Herman box, microfiber cloth, Protector Glide oil, and a dedicated titanium screwdriver.
