The Herman Knives Ovium II is a full-size folder built around a 4.06-inch Böhler M398 blade hardened to 62–63 HRC. Its flat-ground blade has a stonewashed finish, an angular working profile, and a hammered spine that adds tactile detail along the top edge.
The Grade 5 titanium handle features closely milled wave lines across both sides, paired with a matching titanium pocket clip and floating backspacer. A titanium liner lock, ceramic detent, tungsten carbide insert, and tungsten carbide stop pin support secure operation.
Deployment runs on Herman’s 16-ball ceramic caged bearings with hardened, hand-lapped M390 washers. The complete set includes the original box, certificate, cloth, Protector Glide oil, and titanium screwdriver.
