Herman’s updated action uses 16-ball ceramic caged bearings running against hardened M390 washers, supported by a ceramic detent ball, tungsten carbide lock insert, and tungsten carbide stop pin. The knife comes with the Herman box, microfiber cloth, Protector Glide oil, and an in-house titanium screwdriver.
