This version pairs a stonewashed CPM MagnaCut blade—deep cryo treated to 63–64 HRC—with a flat grind that’s ready for real cutting, not just photos.
The handle is Grade 5 titanium finished in the Chrono Circle pattern: concentric geometry, crisp machining, and blue tones that pop against the titanium base. The clip matches, so the whole knife reads like one cohesive piece rather than a blade with parts bolted on.
Mechanically, Sting runs Herman’s ceramic caged bearings with added stability, supported by hardened and lapped M390 washers made in-house. A tungsten carbide lock insert and stop pin protect the high-wear contact points, while the custom pivot and hardware are designed for consistent adjustment and a smooth, confident action over time.
