    A piece from the knife collection “Great battles of history”.

    Overall length: 250 mm

    Blade length: 125 mm

    Blade thickness: 4 mm

    Blade width: 40 mm

    Coating thickness: nickel 26 µm; gold 4,5 µm; silver 12,5 µm

    Blade Rockwell hardness 56 HRC

    MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

    Art knife produced by traditional methods of metalwork and decoration techniques: etching, polishing, engraving, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, silver blackening.

    Blade of stainless steel 440C. Illustration depicted on one side is of a scene of the battle of  Waterloo in 1815 where the French army under the command of Napoleon Bonaparte was defeated by two of the armies of the Seventh Coalition. Additional decoration with engraved and gilded ornaments on both sides of the blade.

    The handle is made of birch burl, with one finger groove. Brass made and the gilded guard and pommel with decorative ball ending. Ornamental adornment.

    Luxury handmade wooden box. Two pairs of demonstrative gloves in the set.
