At-a-Glance Specs
The K03 Pro sits at the top of TSPROF’s range, engineered for craftsmen who demand laboratory-grade repeatability with workshop speed. A rigid 7075-T6 aircraft-alloy frame, whole-milled clamps, and a semi-automatic flip arm work together to keep each bevel dead-on, stroke after stroke.
An Axicube-I inclinometer is embedded in the stone carriage, streaming real-time read-outs to 0.1°. Simply zero the cube on your bench, dial the rack-and-pinion lift, and grind with confidence—no guesswork, no calipers.
A brass-geared height adjuster glides from 10° to 39° per side (down to 8.5° with fillet jaws) for a total sweep of 78°. Knurled thumb-screws lock the setting instantly, while a laser-etched scale gives quick visual confirmation.
The spring-balanced carriage rotates 180° at the touch of a lever and auto-indexes with < 0.3° error, so both edges match perfectly without re-clamping.
The long, two-piece steel guide-rod accepts any flat-ended or Edge-Pro style abrasive up to 210 mm (8″)—with or without backing plates—thanks to a redesigned holder that grips stones securely at both ends.
Clamp stock up to 7 mm (0.275″) thick and 60–450 mm (2.4–17.7″) long—from pocket folders and kitchen gyutos to full-size hunting knives.
CNC-cut from anodised 7075-T6, the clamps shrug off abrasive pressure and hold their angle from coarse profiling through mirror finishing. A single L-key tightens them—no calibration needed between blade styles.
Five dry-use diamond plates tackle everything from chip removal to high-polish:
Note: Charge the Axicube-I on arrival and top it up monthly to maintain accuracy.
Clamp, flip, grind—achieve razor perfection in record time.
