Handmade dagger produced in a single copy. Produced by traditional methods of metalwork and decoration: blade grinding, etching, polishing, engraving, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, and silver blackening.
Blade of stainless steel 440C. Shaped and decorated in traditional Oriental style with floral motifs and yak’s heads close to the guard. Ornamental adornment on the both sides.
The handle is made of carved boxwood, with lotus shaped guard, gilded cross guards that represent minaret of mosque and pommel, artistically formed as the dome of the Taj Mahal monument.
The sheath is all-metal forged, made of brass, with decorative suspension ring. Depicted with portrait of Akbar the Great – one of the most powerful Moghul’s ruler, on one side and other portrait of Babur, the founder of Moghul Empire, on the opposite side. Rich adorned with oriental ornaments and yak’s heads on the both sides.
Additional decoration by: etching, polishing, engraving, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, silver blackening, inlaying.
