The supplied diamond-coated plates are intended for dry use without water or honing oil.
The TSPROF K03 Pro SE is a full-size guided knife sharpening system designed for controlled bevel setting, edge repair, routine sharpening, and fine finishing. Its rigid construction and broad working range make it suitable for folding knives, fixed blades, kitchen knives, hunting knives, utility blades, and other knives measuring from 2.4 to 17.7 in / 60 to 450 mm.
The main structural components and whole-milled clamps are machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. A matte black anodized finish protects the metal from corrosion, surface wear, and routine workshop exposure. Adjustment knobs, locking hardware, and the swiveling mechanism cover receive a contrasting desert tan polymer-ceramic coating.
Sharpening angle is controlled through a rack-and-pinion height adjuster. The brass drive wheel moves the toothed slide through a dovetail interface, allowing smooth, stepless adjustment from 10° to 39° per side. With compatible fillet clamps, the minimum angle can be reduced to 8.5° per side. A laser-marked scale provides a visual reference, while the integrated Axicube-I supplies real-time electronic angle measurement with accuracy up to 0.1°.
The Axicube-I is built into the movable clamp of the abrasive holder, keeping the display visible during sharpening. Its aluminum housing is designed to tolerate normal sharpening vibration, and the internal battery charges through USB Type-C. Calibration on the working surface establishes the reference required for accurate readings.
A semi-automatic turning mechanism rotates the clamping frame while maintaining the selected bevel geometry on both sides of the blade. Adjustable operating pressure, spring-and-bearing construction, and automatic locking make one-handed blade flipping practical during repeated sharpening passes. The specified angle deviation after rotation is no more than 0.3°.
The universal abrasive holder accepts flat-ended and Edge Pro-format stones up to 8.3 in / 210 mm, including stones used with or without backing plates. Its 27.3 in / 694 mm steel guide rod uses a reinforced two-piece connection with an aluminum sleeve coupling and three-point alignment.
Whole-milled clamps provide a rigid, adjustment-free method of holding different blade profiles. Their solid aluminum construction resists flex under abrasive pressure and helps preserve angle consistency from coarse edge repair through finishing.
Five dry-use diamond plates cover profiling, coarse sharpening, edge refinement, finishing, and burr removal. The system and accessories are supplied with a T4814 protective case featuring fitted EVA compartments, secure latches, a sealing gasket, and a pressure equalization valve for organized storage and transport.
