The supplied diamond-coated plates are designed for dry use without water or honing oil.
The TSPROF K03 Pro SE Hunter is a full-size guided knife sharpening system developed for controlled bevel setting, edge repair, routine maintenance, and fine finishing. Its working range accommodates blades from 2.4 to 17.7 in / 60 to 450 mm, making it suitable for pocket knives, fixed blades, hunting knives, kitchen knives, utility knives, and other medium-to-long blade formats.
The principal body components and universal clamps are machined from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. Matte black anodizing protects the main structure, while selected adjustment knobs, locking screws, thumb screws, and the swiveling mechanism cover receive a contrasting polymer-ceramic finish. The combination provides a durable working surface while visually separating the primary controls.
Sharpening angle is set through a rack-and-pinion height adjuster with a toothed sliding section. A brass drive wheel moves the slide through a dovetail interface, producing smooth, stepless adjustment from 10° to 39° per side. Compatible fillet clamps can reduce the minimum angle to 8.5° per side. The front scale is laser marked for visual reference.
Axicube-I is integrated into the movable clamp of the abrasive holder and displays the sharpening angle in real time with accuracy up to 0.1°. Its vibration-resistant aluminum housing contains a rechargeable battery powered through USB Type-C. The angle finder should be calibrated when the system is placed on a new working surface, since the surface establishes its reference plane.
The semi-automatic turning mechanism allows the clamping frame to rotate with one hand while maintaining the selected geometry on both sides of the blade. Adjustable operating pressure, spring-and-bearing construction, and automatic locking support repeatable blade flipping. The specified angle deviation after rotation is no more than 0.3°.
Two whole-milled clamps provide rigid blade support without requiring separate calibration for different knife profiles. Their solid aluminum construction resists flex under abrasive pressure and helps maintain consistent bevel geometry from coarse profiling through finishing.
The universal abrasive holder accepts stones up to 8.3 in / 210 mm, including flat-ended and Edge Pro-format abrasives with or without backing plates. Its 27.3 in / 694 mm steel guide rod uses a two-piece design joined by an aluminum sleeve coupling with three-point alignment.
Five diamond-coated plates provide a practical progression from aggressive F150 profiling to F1000 finishing and deburring. The complete system is mounted on a stable steel stand and supplied in a wooden shipping box with protective foam inserts.
