The TSPROF K4 Standard 2026 is a precision guided knife sharpening system built for repeatable angle control across a wide range of folding knives, fixed blades, kitchen knives, hunting knives, and longer blades. Its working range supports knives up to 17 in / 430 mm long and spine thicknesses from 0.04 to 0.28 in / 1 to 7 mm.
The system uses three separate levels of angle adjustment. An extendable slider handles rapid rough positioning, the rack-and-pinion mechanism provides fine control, and the micro-adjustment unit enables corrections down to 0.01°. This arrangement allows fast initial setup while retaining the precision needed for bevel matching, burr removal, and work with fine abrasives.
The redesigned swiveling mechanism increases the rigidity of the clamping frame in its horizontal position. Under a specified force of 30 N, arm deflection is limited to 0.1°. A rear adjustment screw controls the force required to rotate the clamping arm, while the full flip lock prevents accidental movement during heavy reprofiling or work on longer blades.
Two TSPROF Quick clamps provide tool-free knife installation and up to 300 N of clamping force. Their engineered structure distributes pressure across the jaws for more uniform closure. The removable clamping arm also allows the secured knife to be taken away from the main body for close edge inspection without removing it from the clamps.
The abrasive holder accepts stones up to 8.3 in / 210 mm. Cylindrical sleeve locking secures the stroke limiters and coupling over a broader contact area, reducing concentrated pressure on the guide rod. A spring-loaded front stop stabilizes the abrasive, while a stainless steel and brass sliding pair supports smooth rod movement.
The removable thickness compensator helps preserve the selected sharpening angle when changing between stones of different thicknesses. An upgraded rod parking system keeps the abrasive holder controlled between sharpening passes.
Axicube Shift mounts on the far abrasive stop through a rail, magnet, and locking screw. The electronic angle finder can be removed to reduce moving weight during sharpening or to charge it separately through USB Type-C.
Five diamond-coated plates provide a practical abrasive progression from F150 through F1000. The complete system is supplied in an IP67 protective case with fitted EVA compartments, secure latches, a sealing gasket, and a pressure relief valve for organized storage and transport.
