This Damasteel Puzzle Titanium Custom Folding Knife is built as a true one-off Custom Knife – a piece that balances high-end materials, precise geometry, and a very distinctive aesthetic.
The blade is ground from PM Damasteel and brought to a working hardness of 62 HRC. The pattern shows clean, even lines along the full length of the blade, and the 3 mm stock with a 26 mm blade height gives you a confident slicer rather than a wedge. Each blade is hand finished on the belt grinder, so the lines and transitions you see are the result of real shop work, not a CNC program.
The handle is Grade 5 titanium with a full puzzle-piece motif, done by custom laser engraving and then refined by hand. No CNC texturing, just careful layout and finishing. Multiple anodized tones – blues, bronzes, greens and violets – give the scales a deep, shifting color play in the light. A matching anodized titanium clip and pivot hardware complete the set.
Mechanically, this knife is built to be carried. A frame lock secures the blade with a positive, repeatable engagement. The pivot runs on a ball-bearing system for smooth deployment via the flipper tab, with a tuned detent that opens cleanly yet still feels controlled. At 222 mm overall length, it carries as a full-size folder while remaining slim enough for pocket use.
