Kindjal dagger made in a single copy. Designed and produced by traditional Caucasian methods of metalwork and decoration: blade grinding, etching, polishing, engraving, nickel plating, gold plating, blackening, leather processing, and inlay.
Blade of stainless steel 440C with furrows. Gilded and engraved decorative ornaments both sides.
The handle is constructed of metal and leather parts in the typical Caucasian design. Brass made and then gilded narrow guard and enlarged flat pommel, decorated with engraved and gilded ornaments. Black leather grip with fastened gilded lotus element with small gem inlay on it. Additional gem inlay on the guard and on the pommel.
The scabbard is metal forged and wrapped in black leather. Brass made and gilded decorative elements, divided into mouthpiece with suspension ring, locket and chape. Very fine engraved and one side inlaid with small gems. Big azurite is inlaid on the locket.
